Returns Policy

At Peak Parks, every garment is printed to order in our small Sheffield studio. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do our best to help if there is a problem.

Returns

We accept returns of clothing items that are:

Unworn and unused

In their original condition

Returned with all original tags attached

Free from marks, odours, pet hair, or damage

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Return an Item

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

If you require a different size, please contact us and we will do our best to help arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
